I had a box of Red Velvet cake mix in my cupboard that I had gotten FREE with coupons a couple of weeks ago and was trying to figure out something to do with it. I then discovered this recipe from Duncan Hines and I decided to alter it a little bit. These cookies turned out great!!
Red Velvet Chip Cookie Recipe- Perfect for Valentines Day!
Super easy Red Velvet Chip Cookie recipe

Ingredients
- 1 box of Red Velvet Cake mix
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ½ cup softened butter
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In large bowl mix together all ingredients.
- ( The batter will be very thick at the end and hard to stir.)
- Use a spoon to place balls of batter onto cookie sheet.
- Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.
- Enjoy!
